  Had a disappointing customer service experience. When I walked in, an employee asked if I needed help with a return/exchange. I said I planned to return something but wanted to look around first, and he responded with “that’s what I was asking,” in a rude, dismissive tone. The mood changed immediately and made the visit uncomfortable for my friend and me.

  This location sucks. They make it impossible to return stuff. I wanted to return 4 items but they didn’t let me because I had one more item waiting to be delivered (makes no sense) to the store. Finally my last item was ready for pick up so I took the other 4 items I initially wanted to return and she told me she couldn’t return the items because my last item was barely scanned out. So I asked her if I could return the 4 items that had been in my possession for almost a week already and she said no I had to wait to return all 5 at the same time (what if I wanted to keep one would they not allow me to return anything?) I’ve never had such a hard time at any other location having to return something. I rather make the drive to Newport than deal with incompetent management. And whoever that African American MALE manager is has the worst customer service ever. Maybe opening up a Alo in Cerritos wasn’t such a good idea.

  I just want to start off by saying the store was very helpful and nice and clean. I recently went in and needed help verzhine she was honestly so amazing she a great listener and help me find the perfect product I felt like everyone was attentive and kind thank you will be back again.

  I had such a great experience at ALO thanks to Kayla. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. She really knows the product and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. Kayla made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and her positive energy truly stood out. Customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Thank you, Kayla!
