  I just want to start off by saying the store was very helpful and nice and clean. I recently went in and needed help verzhine she was honestly so amazing she a great listener and help me find the perfect product I felt like everyone was attentive and kind thank you will be back again.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this young lady Heydi’s costumer service was very helpful, she was very kind despite the fact she was the only one on the sales floor and was helping multiple costumers at once. I’ll for sure be back at this new Alo location, it’s become my favorite and I’ll be recommending, the only feedback I have is that this store needs more people on the sales floor.

  I had such a great experience at ALO thanks to Kayla. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. She really knows the product and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. Kayla made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and her positive energy truly stood out. Customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Thank you, Kayla!

  This review is strictly for the associate who assisted me yesterday. Her name was Mia. She spent time with me and helped me lick an item out for my niece. Mia was so patient. She definitely exceeded my expectations of providing excellent customer service. Thank you. 😊

  It appears that I am not the only individual who has recently encountered subpar service at this establishment. A few days ago, I visited the store with the intention of exchanging an item. The employee who initiated our interaction was exceptionally courteous and amiable. However, when she encountered an obstacle and required managerial assistance, my visit took a turn for the worse. I presume that she is the primary manager, Verzhine Tonoyan. She commenced our interaction by ignoring me and failing to acknowledge my presence. Instead of addressing me, she began posing questions to the associate, who was standing directly in front of me. Finally, she acknowledged my presence and informed me that she was unable to approve the exchange. The item in question was the same one I had purchased earlier that day at a different store, albeit in a different color. When I inquired about the reason for the exchange’s denial, she reiterated her refusal and departed the premises. This behavior was highly unprofessional on her part. Not only did she leave a sour taste in my mouth, but then left her associate to deal with her interaction with me. The item had not been worn and I possessed the receipt. Consequently, I do not intend to return to this location. I will gladly make the drive to Alo’s other locations. .
