I periodically checked the status of the order throughout the day and saw that there was no movement on their tracker. I called a couple of times but nobody answered. Continually went to voicemail. Left some messages. Never got a call back. The order had still not been delivered at 10:15pm so I filled out the online cancellation/refund form. I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning I noticed I had some alerts on my camera doorbell. Guess who it was? Yup! It was my Valentine's order being dropped off on front patio table at 11:30pm!!! In what world is this acceptable? I have since tried to reach out to Edible Arrangements in Cathedral City and have been met with the same no response. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Even if you call the 800 number it just routes you back to the store. I unfortunately think I'm going to have to a file a dispute with my bank to get my refund. Stay away from this place!

The guy in the lobby kept trying to "up sell" my Mom -- she gave him her limit and he kept suggesting things that were over her price range. But the topper was when he asked me (for the 3rd time) where in the catalog a specific item was -- then took the catalog from my hands and gave it to another customer without even acknowledging that it was mine to look at. In his defense, he was very pleasant, but customer service is definitely not his thing.
