  I stopped by Fourtane in Monterey and had a really great experience, mostly because of Mya. She’s honestly the kind of employee every store should have. From the start, she was welcoming, easy to talk to, and very professional without making anything feel forced. What stood out right away was how genuine she was — not pushy at all, just focused on helping. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Mya is also super knowledgeable. She answered all my questions clearly and gave recommendations that actually made sense for me, not just random suggestions. You can tell she knows her products and takes pride in what she does. I ended up buying a watch through her, and she made the whole process quick and smooth. I got it within a short amount of time, which I really appreciated. She kept everything efficient without rushing me, which made a big difference. What I appreciated most was her attitude. She was patient, respectful, and gave me space when I wanted to look around, but was always there when I needed help. That balance is hard to find, and she handled it perfectly. Overall, Mya made the experience. She represents the store really well, and it’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. If you go to Fourtane, definitely ask for her — you’ll be in good hands.

  Avoid them, literally go anywhere else. you are not going to get the watch you want. Has been 4 years now with no watches, with plenty of follow ups. But I guess when you sell a two tone watch for less than purchasing price from them you ended up not liking after wearing it 6 months you are put on a blacklist. probably because they couldn’t pocket money on the grey market.

  I've been a loyal customer for 5+ years for a reason, and more to come. I've worked with Milena who has always provided great service, communication, and reliability when it came to helping me obtain various watches & jewelry throughout the years, some of which were hard to get Rolex Steel Sport Models. Every buying experience at Fourtane has been luxurious, this place knows how to take care of their clients.

  Unforgettable experience at Fourtane! The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Milena as my sales representative. She was extremely accommodating and truly made me feel like family. Milena took the time to walk me through their gallery and show me several of the watches I would love allocations for. A few days before my son’s first birthday, Milena reached out to let me know she had a Submariner Date available for me. The timing made the moment that much more special & the watch that much more unique. I also had the pleasure to meet one of the owners, Josh who was also extremely hospitable and a true gentlemen. My first purchase with Fourtane, and more to come. Thank you again, Milena and the entire Fourtane family! 🙂

  My partner and I first visited Fourtané during Car Week back in August, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We were lucky enough to be assisted by Milena, who provided the highest level of service we’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly attentive and educated us on the Fourtané family heritage and the history of certain models. I put my name on the list for a Datejust 31, but more importantly, I left with a lasting impression of her expertise and warmth. Fast forward to last weekend—we were back in the area and I made it a point to visit specifically because Milena was so memorable. Lo and behold, they had a vintage Rolex Datejust 26 in the absolute perfect configuration. Milena was not pushy at all; she encouraged me to sleep on it, but deep in my heart, I already knew! We returned the next morning to pick it up, and the service was nothing short of amazing. This was my very first Rolex, and Milena and the team made the entire process feel so special. This experience is a true testament that first impressions last—if it wasn't for that very first meeting in August, we wouldn't have returned. I am so happy with my purchase and truly look forward to working with Milena again in the future. She is absolutely magical!
