- GSGabriele SettimiNov 4, 20254.0At first, I didn't have a good experience here. I brought in a suitcase for repair, after being issued a repair paper by Samsonite online. When I came to the store, I was told that they couldn't accept any repairs until the following day because their system was down. I mentioned that I had driven for 45 minutes each way just to drop the suitcase off, but was not offered any solution, other than 'come back tomorrow'. I left very disappointed. I came back again a month later and this time they were helpful, and even waived the shipping fee as a courtesy. Also, they sent the suitcase back to me within 6 days.
