  While shopping at this Michael Kors location, I observed a situation involving the store manager that left a very negative impression. The manager responded to a customer’s question in a curt and dismissive way, continuing on as if they were an inconvenience. Moments later, he spoke loudly across the store, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. The overall interaction came across as biased and disrespectful, and it created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those nearby. Management should set the standard for professionalism, and this behavior did not reflect that at all.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors location due to the store manager’s behavior. The manager, a blonde-haired gentleman, was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. When we asked a simple question, he did not look at us, answered while walking past us, and then proceeded to raise his voice, practically yelling across the store. The way we were treated felt discriminatory and disrespectful. No customer should feel singled out, dismissed, or spoken to in that manner. This behavior was unprofessional and especially concerning coming from someone in a management position.

  I would like to thank Elena for helping me and my wife and picking up Christmas gifts for my wife. Thanks to her helping us. We ended up buying a purse a backpack and a lovely watch. Elena is a superb employee. She is an asset to your company and I give this company 10 stars because of employees like her who care about her customers thank you Elena and I hope that the store supports you in your endeavor to be a wonderful employee who you are we will return again because of the great service you gave us. 10 stars all around merry Christmas to all.

  The store is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Mary, one of the sales associates, was especially helpful to me and my family. She patiently answered all of our questions and even set aside a basket for us behind the till, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Because of her wonderful service, I would definitely return to this store. Thank you very much MK Carlsbad and especially to Mary 🫶🏼🫶🏼
