She has exceptional customer skills and went above and beyond In assisting me. I hope she gets recognized but her supervisor. This is a wonderful store to shop at.

I literally bought 2 polos yesterday, they're brand new with tags. He kept saying that there were stains on it.. they're brand new.. He had a big attitude for only getting paid minimum wage. His coworker however was very kind and helpful and even said sorry for Jose's childish behavior. She herself looked at the polos and said there's nothing wrong with the polos, and helped us with the exchange.

The last time I went was to the Lacoste outlet in Carlsbad, CA, and I was amazed by how courteous the staff was, especially the manager, ZEE. They helped me choose clothing as gifts for my loved ones, coordinated the colors, and efficiently processed my order. Even my child was delighted, as she loves visiting the store because the staff is great with kids and engages them in conversation. This has probably become my favorite clothing store for the family.
