- RDReza DDDec 14, 20251.0I bought two pairs of shoes from them. Soon after wearing them, they started rubbing back of my heels and hurting me. Never had similar issue with my other shoes. I tried to return, but they didn’t accept or try to help. I can tell at least the shoes from their outlet store are low quality and defective. Never buy anything from this brand anymore.

I tried to return a belt that I received as a gift because it didn’t fit. Which seems like it should be a quick and straightforward process considering the belt had all the original tags on it and I was given it a week ago. The “manager” flat out refused to help. No store credit, no exchange, just “nothing we can do”. The “manager” seemed to take pride in refusing to help. She started looking for excuses to not accept the return as soon as I mentioned it. Overall, such a terrible experience for something that should have been so easy and routine.

And your bag policy to stuff multiple shoe boxes in one bag is ridiculous. I made 2 separate transactions, because I was picking up shoes for my colleague. And was informed "we don't charge for bags, so we are limited on to 1 bag per transaction". Well I had 2! I would rather pay for a bag than to be subjected to this ridiculous policy. If the purchase wasn't for someone else I would've left them in the store.
