I came in for the bra trade-in event (donate any bra and get any bra for $25), and the associates were truly amazing. Every single employee was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. One associate took the time to measure me properly and — turns out — I’ve been wearing the wrong bra size my entire life. She explained everything kindly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My correct size wasn’t available in the store, but instead of rushing me or brushing it off, they offered to order it for me with free shipping, which I really appreciated. I’m so grateful for how kind, patient, and knowledgeable the staff were. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want you to feel confident and supported. This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a complicated return but by both of them working thru together they got it all figured out. I really appreciated their patience and not getting flustered with me when it was an online mess up that unfortunately customer service was unable to fix via telephone. Moving forward I will make my purchases in store and shipped to me for free. Thank you for that tip ladies. Thank you for helping me out.
