- HHHNov 9, 20251.0Worst experience ever -- total waste of money! I was so excited to shop at the ALO store in Carlsbad for the first time. I bought a tank top and two shorts -- spent over $270 thinking I was investing in "premium quality." Guess what? After one gentle wash, the tank and one pair of shorts were completely ruined -- torn seams, frayed edges, total garbage. For a brand that markets itself as "luxury activewear," this was beyond disappointing. Feels like I got an overstocked, low-quality batch that should have never been on display. ALO, if you're charging luxury prices, at least stand behind your products. Never shopping here again -- save your money and your frustration.

Even when I asked for help the one girl looked me up and down and seemed annoyed to even talk to someone who was looking to buy something. I love Alo, the employees in the past have been so kind so I’m really disappointed in the employees change in behavior.
