  THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Purchased a $250.00 GC in store at Carlsbad location , the gift card was used across the country ( clearly an inside job) called 4x and was denied a new gift card, stating it had already been used!! We are all told there is fraud when purchasing cards at a grocery store apparently the fraud is coming from inside of their own company. If you want athletic clothes shop Lululemon or Vuoi. Customer service gives you the run around, management doesn't care.

  Very nice and friendly workers. Their process are very speedy. One of the cons is they don't have a lot of larger sizes available even online. Their products are great quality.

  Worst experience ever -- total waste of money! I was so excited to shop at the ALO store in Carlsbad for the first time. I bought a tank top and two shorts -- spent over $270 thinking I was investing in "premium quality." Guess what? After one gentle wash, the tank and one pair of shorts were completely ruined -- torn seams, frayed edges, total garbage. For a brand that markets itself as "luxury activewear," this was beyond disappointing. Feels like I got an overstocked, low-quality batch that should have never been on display. ALO, if you're charging luxury prices, at least stand behind your products. Never shopping here again -- save your money and your frustration.

  Staff was so sweet, Maddy was a dream. They don’t sell not ONE xl in that whole store which is very sad cause I was about to drop Some Money.
