- HHHEATHERJan 2, 20262.0I just left the store when my husband and my aunt just a few minutes ago and the people were kind of unfriendly I guess because we're not celebrities don't look like we have money to spend you know on very expensive luxury jewelry I went in because I have always seen those beautiful supposedly return to Tiffany heart charm bracelets and I saw one today and it really is not all what it's cracked up to be it I wasn't really impressed and yes I can afford this kind of bracelets but I can get something so much nicer and more reasonable at other very famous well-known jewelry stores around town I'm sorry Tiffany and company but no thank you
- NYNicole YadidiJul 25, 20251.0I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. It was an incredibly easy sale for the SA. The item is a gift, so I wanted it engraved. We went over engraving details (very simple, just a date). It was not a very luxurious experience if that is what you’re looking for, no one even offered me a glass of water and it was a slow Monday. When I went to pick up my item, the engraving was done incorrectly. I was told that a new item would not be given to me, but that they would scrape off the wrong engraving and do it again. No apology, nothing. I’m so disappointed, especially because now the gift will not be here in time. If you’re looking for a luxury experience I would recommend Cartier or Van Cleef.
