  Malak at Dior Cosmetics is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind, friendly, and professional, and she truly makes every visit a pleasure. Malak is very knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to help with a warm smile. You can feel that she genuinely cares. Such a beautiful person inside and out Dior is lucky to have her!   Today I went for Chanel sale The black guy who was working there was soooo rude and he had a attitude for no reason Ok I respect to everyone but excuse me you chose this job so what’s that attitude He didn’t help me at all Even I chose some shoes and it wasn’t on sale He brought me with his dirty face and I was shocked Shame on him I didn’t buy anything just because of his rudeness

  I don’t know what’s going on with the staff here, the ladies at the fragrance department are so pushy and rude. I wanted to purchase a bottle from the Francis Kurkdjian collection or Perfums de Marly and both sales associates were pushing me to make a purchase. I told them both I wanted to smell the scents without assistance and when I’m ready to purchase I will get either one for assistance as they each work for the respective brand. But nope the Persian lady in the red jacket was fallowing me around as the Hispanic lady from Paramus de marly was telling me she’s very knowledgeable and she can help me make a decision. I clearly stated I like to do this my self and I will ask for help when I’m ready to pay. They wouldn’t leave me alone, I left without making the purchase. They need to relax, I understand they make commission; all they did was push the sale away. They are just way too pushy, it’s obvious they are hungry for sales and $$ Nordstrom used to have the best customer service now it’s just like any mediocre department store. I will purchase from a different establishment.

  I ordered a hoodie that was on sale for a limited amount of time. Store associates pulled a completely different crewneck in the wrong size. Luckily, I checked the bag before walking out. When I attempted to exchange for my originally purchased item, it was sold out. I waited for 10 minutes for the manager who offered no solution or discounts on future purchases. Poor customer service for Nordstrom’s mistake.

  I scheduled a styling session to find an outfit for an important meeting. I was truly dreading it (I hate shopping) and almost cancelled. Thank god I didn't because I got assigned to Amanda and she was absolutely incredible. She put me at ease right away and I had an amazing, curated shopping session with her. One of her picks was exactly what I needed and I had my look within 30 minutes. She ran around to find odds and ends (a new size, shapewear, etc) and really made my experience incredible. I left feeling so great and confident that I'd look amazing for my meeting. Thank you so much, Amanda! I'll definitely be back for her help.
