  Hi I just need to share my recently experience I had with beauty sellers, I was walking in perfumes area and I tried to get test on one of the perfumes , when I tried to apply it on my hand the bottle was empty and I couldn’t spray so I asked someone to give another one to try , she called another person and that person was standing a little bit far , she said we don’t have it so she didn’t even try to come closer and give me another one , I was like what so you not even coming give me another tester , she started taking to another seller so I walked away angry and I tried to try another tester unfortunately that one was empty too ??????? And no one came to me to help Very bad customer service and I will tell everyone how awful you did customer service… maybe just because I had my work out cloths on that’s why I got this kind customer service, very bad

  I had the most wonderful facial at Skinspirit at Nordstroms in the Topanga Mall. Brianna was the aesthetician. It was so nice and relaxing. The facility is lovely and clean. My skin looks great and feels so soft. I highly recommend Brianna and Skinspirit. After my facial I booked a micro needling appointment and that was great as well. I was very comfortable and had a great experience. I can’t wait to go back.

  The make up and perfume department is absolute horrendous. I’ve never in my life experience a store so stuck up and disgusting. I’ve spent a lot of money here bought 5 bottles of Baccarat Rouge within the past 6 months never have they gave me any samples nothing! And when you ask them all they do is lie! My friend bought one Tom Ford perfume and they gave her the best customer service gave her a bag filled with samples I couldn’t believe it. I’m done shopping at this location they are all a bunch of stuck up people. At first I was like maybe this was a one time bad experience but every time I went it got worse and worse I couldn’t believe it and I’m not going to sit here and argue over a sample. Honestly disgusting behavior for all the money you spend they can’t even take there lazy stingy buts as give you a nice sample . Do not go to this location not worth your money !

  This is for the Chanel boutique located in the store. Note, if you buy from this boutique, it has a leasing agreement with Nordstrom. But, it’s not connected with the actual Chanel stores. So, if you buy from a Chanel store and are told you can exchange here, that information is incorrect. Likewise, if you buy from another Chanel boutique within a different Nordstrom store, you likely can’t do an exchange here either. This is one of three total Chanel boutiques that have some sort of different agreement and you can only exchange here if you bought from the Seattle Nordstrom Chanel boutique and one other one. Definitely will pass on buying Chanel now that I’m learning it’s excessively difficult to exchange from different locations.
