  This is by far the worst Louis Vuitton store I have ever visited. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The sales associate barely spoke to me, did not offer assistance, and did not make any effort to create a welcoming experience. At a luxury store, you expect a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness, and that was completely lacking here. I even brought my concerns to the manager, but there was no effort made to address the issue. My associate said maybe ten words to me the entire time I was there. For the level of service provided, I honestly felt like I might as well have gone somewhere else entirely. If you are considering shopping at this location, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 minutes to the Rodeo Drive store instead. The experience here simply does not reflect the standard you would expect from a luxury brand.

  Want to wait forever? Go to this LV location. Want to be cut off while you’re speaking? Go to this LV location. Want a lazy sales rep trying to convince you not to buy something? Go to this LV location. Want to be completely ignored? Go to this LV location. Want to leave feeling like you never want to shop at LV again? Go to this LV location. This is by far the worst LV location I’ve visited. The staff is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and clearly uninterested in helping serious buyers. Management needs to either shut this location down or hire a team like the Gucci store in this mall, because they actually understand how to treat paying customers.

  My experience with this Louis Vuitton boutique was extremely disappointing. The issue with my stained shoes was not resolved (Manufacturing DEFECTS!!)and the supervisor showed absolutely no willingness to help — their service was below even low-end standards. There wasn’t even an apology. For a brand of this level, this is completely unacceptable.

  Extremely disappointing experience at the Louis Vuitton Topanga boutique. I brought in sneakers purchased only two months ago for assessment and was treated with complete indifference. The supervisor provided no documentation, no explanation, no empathy, and offered absolutely no solutions — just a flat rejection. I was even asked unnecessary questions about whether I purchased the item there, despite my account being visible. This level of service felt disorganized and unprofessional, nothing like the Louis Vuitton standards I’ve experienced in Europe. Luxury prices should come with luxury service. This boutique failed completely.
