  I had a great shopping experience here. I wrote a quick review while I was in the store, but I wanted to follow up because the experience was so good and deserves more detail. A few months ago, when I was just browsing, Dylan introduced himself and walked me through the Grand Seiko lineup and key details. He was genuinely well informed and helped me understand the differences without any pressure. After taking a few months to think it over and do my own research, I decided to purchase and reached back out to Dylan. He provided top-notch, concierge-level service through the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. Overall, it was an amazing buying experience, and I’m absolutely delighted with my new Grand Seiko. Highly recommend—especially if you get the chance to work with Dylan.

  I've been to many ADs for various watch brands. So far this AD has been the most inviting, enthusiastic, and helpful. I didn't even know Grand Seiko had ADs and stumbled upon it. (I'm fairly new to watch collecting) It was my first time seeing a Grand Seiko up close and they are absolutely stunning. Edward helped me out, and he was very helpful. I'll be purchasing a one as soon as I graduate and can't wait to come back.

  Recently purchased my first Grand Seiko here after a great experience at the Tag Heuer boutique next door. Alex, Ethan, and June were super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection in stock that you can try on, which definitely helps in the process. Highly recommend, especially if you've been on the fence on which timepiece you're looking for.

  I came in just to look at a comparable watch to a tudor - Alex and her team were well informed and I ALMOST left with one of the spring drive GMT's....while entering my sales, I happened to try on the SBGE307...and I left with this instead. The staff there work as a team, and they want you to feel like you are getting the watch you WANT. This will pair nicely to my Omega Aqua Terra and I'm still on the hunt for a third piece. Their Snowflakes are breathtaking and need to be seen in person.
