  It is always a pleasure to shop at the Dior boutique at Westfield Topanga. We have been loyal customers for years, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The staff is consistently courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and valued from the moment you walk in. The store manager truly stands out—her leadership is evident, and it’s clear she has the respect and trust of her entire team. This level of service is rare, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for both luxury products and exceptional customer service.

  Store is clean and service people were well mannered, the guy that helped me purchase my first Dior bag Jayson was amazing!!!! Super kind and patient could not ask for better service

  Walked in to look at card holder as a gift. The male sale associate did not even bother to lift his head. Was “ working” busy on his phone. Did not even bother to make sales. So I left, and bought online the same thing! Dior has to do a better job hiring and training its associates! Way to lose a job! Go shop at Bottega! Every single one of them is a professional and gives what real costumer service is !!!! You end up shopping and buying without even considering!

  Walked in to peruse and possibly buy a bag for my mom for a very special occasion. No one came up to us to help until we asked. A person was following us, but didn’t even greet us, and didn’t smile or anything so we didn’t realize they were the ones to help us. We asked to look at one bag that caught my eye, and while we were looking, the person that was helping us walked away, and started to help another gentlemen that walked in. We were done looking at that bag and wanted to look at different ones, but no one came to help us. There were a few employees with no costumers, but still no one came to assist us. The gentlemen that brought that bag down for us continued to help the other person that walked in so we just walked out. Very rude and definitely did not feel welcome at this Dior. Extremely disappointed as a returning costumer. Will not be returning. We purchased a bag from LV instead where the customer service and sales associates were amazing!!
