  I stopped by Cartier in Topanga Westfield just to have my jewelry cleaned and was lucky to be assisted by Krystal! Even though I wasn't making a purchase, she treated me with the same care and attention as any other customer. She was not only helpful but also shared insights that made my visit enjoyable. Krystal's professionalism and friendly manner really stood out. I would gladly return to work with her again. :)

  I am very disappointed with the customer service at this boutique. I traveled from Asia one day just for an exchange, but my purchase was outside the 30-day exchange guarantee, and the decision was made at the manager's discretion. He simply told me no. When I was driving back to the airport, I realized I only had the rings, but the Cartier representative didn't give me the jewelry certificates! A boutique like Cartier can't make that kind of mistake; it's in very poor taste.

  I drove two hours from Bakersfield to visit Cartier for the first time and was so excited. On my first visit Saturday, while polite, the experience felt rushed and transactional and not quite the Cartier experience I had hoped for. The ring I chose also ended up being too loose, which was no one’s fault, but I planned to return it. Before making the drive again, I called and spoke with someone named Jessica to confirm I could exchange it. When I arrived Sunday, everything felt completely different. From the warm greeting at the door to being offered a beverage while I waited, I finally had the Cartier experience I had imagined. Jessica made me feel comfortable, brought over the pieces I wanted to try, and treated me like a valued customer. Sitting down with my drink and being able to take my time made all the difference. She even gave me her card so I could reach her directly, which showed how much she cared about my experience. I truly believe every customer deserves to feel this way at Cartier, whether it is their first piece or their 10th. A huge thank you to Jessica and the Sunday team for creating such a memorable experience. Because of them, I look forward to coming back to Cartier again.

  Spent thousands$$, obviously, but each time I go in I get treated like less than because I’m a t-shirt and shorts kinda guy. Kick rocks to all the associates at this location. Gladly spend elsewhere moving forward. Zero class or customer service.
