  You know why everyone at Balenciaga is so incredibly polite? Just take a look at their prices. If I were charging $1,500 for a T-shirt that looks like it crawled out of a donation bin, I’d be the sweetest person on earth too. At those prices, the employees don’t just greet you — they practically bless you. They’re like, ‘Welcome in, king… may your credit card be strong today.’ Honestly, the customer service isn’t kindness — it’s pure survival instinct. If they actually told you the truth about how much the clothes cost, half the store would faint.

  We ordered a T-shirt for $600 from Europe as a gift, but they sent it to us without a gift bag. I decided to go in and get this bag in this store, but the manager refused me, citing some rules that are not written anywhere, when I argue that I bought a T-shirt for $600 and I just need your package, which costs +- $1, and I will also provide a receipt for the purchase, to which I did not receive a clear answer and I was simply refused, as a client who repeatedly buys something with their store. Do you think a $1 package is worth losing customers who end up leaving thousands of dollars? Once again, I came with a purchase receipt and just asked for a gift bag for which I was willing to pay 😱 and I was refused.
