  This is a great boutique with the best Sales Associate Julai. I have been shopping with Julai for over 10 years now and have referred to many friends and family who have also received exceptional service.

  Very disappointing experience with Cartier. My partner bought me a ring on March 31, and less than 24 hours later he went back just to exchange it for a bigger size. I only tried it on at home, yet the staff claimed it was scratched and sent it to a lab instead of simply helping. Even worse — he was treated disrespectfully and made to feel unwelcome, which is shocking for a brand like Cartier. This was our first purchase, and instead of a special memory, it turned into frustration and embarrassment. Now I’m left without my ring during the holiday, and honestly, it’s heartbreaking. A moment that was supposed to be meaningful turned into real disappointment and emotional distress.

  I recently visited the Cartier boutique regarding a ring I purchased, hoping to exchange it for a different size. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was very disappointing. The salesperson with dark hair and a beard responded to my questions in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, he spoke in a very unfriendly tone and made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand that stores have policies, but customer service should still be respectful and professional. I expected a much higher level of service from a luxury brand like Cartier. Overall, I am very disappointed with the way I was treated.
