  You know why everyone at Balenciaga is so incredibly polite? Just take a look at their prices. If I were charging $1,500 for a T-shirt that looks like it crawled out of a donation bin, I’d be the sweetest person on earth too. At those prices, the employees don’t just greet you — they practically bless you. They’re like, ‘Welcome in, king… may your credit card be strong today.’ Honestly, the customer service isn’t kindness — it’s pure survival instinct. If they actually told you the truth about how much the clothes cost, half the store would faint.

  Visited twice to pick up a bag and pair of shoes. Ryan took great care of me, was kind and welcoming, not pushy and overall gave great service. The bag I was looking for was only left in the display and had some wear, but Ryan went out of his way to hold for me at Beverly Center. After I got home, the shoes felt a little off, so I reached out and replied to his thank you text. He responded immediately and checked a different pair and held them for me. I came back in, exchanged and also picked up a bag charm. Again, he went out of his way to help. Very happy with the service and will certainly return!
