  I’m writing this review to share a concerning experience I had at a Sunglass Hut location that I believe other customers should be aware of. During my visit, I observed behavior from staff that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. In particular, there were instances where employees appeared to mock or speak dismissively about customers, including making comments that seemed to target accents and making assumptions about people. This created an environment that felt unwelcoming and, at times, disrespectful. Customer service should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, regardless of background. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. It made what should have been a simple shopping trip feel tense and unpleasant. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and looks into improving staff training, professionalism, and overall store culture. Everyone deserves to feel respected when they walk into a retail store.

  On March 7, 2026, at 1:15 PM, the employees who were working that day were extremely rude. They approached us and asked if we needed help. When I inquired about a specific brand, the girl immediately denied it and refused to offer any alternatives. As we walked out, all the employees chuckled. It is crucial that they receive proper training on racial profiling and discrimination. Thank you. God bless.

  It was a very pleasant experience of finding a lovely pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses. The sales associate was very nice and professional.

  at first glance the store is nice too look at but most of the glasses were dusty and full of grime the lady with alopecia was staring me down and the vibe is definitely not inviting, I have been to this location when I walk the outlets and the older man Ruben gave me a creepy look and rudely brushed me off when I asked about the other sunglasses hut locations since they have many stores there I will take my business elsewhere next time but wanted to warn others if your looking for a deal go where they care to explain and not try to press you to buy
