As soon as I picked up a pair of sunglasses to try, she immediately grabbed them out of my hand, which felt rude and unnecessary. Throughout the interaction, her attitude was annoying and unprofessional. She even made me feel like I was trying to steal, even though my girlfriend and I were clearly about to make a purchase. The whole experience was uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t go through the same thing.
