- JBJess B.Feb 24, 20261.0at first glance the store is nice too look at but most of the glasses were dusty and full of grime the lady with alopecia was staring me down and the vibe is definitely not inviting, I have been to this location when I walk the outlets and the older man Ruben gave me a creepy look and rudely brushed me off when I asked about the other sunglasses hut locations since they have many stores there I will take my business elsewhere next time but wanted to warn others if your looking for a deal go where they care to explain and not try to press you to buy
- JMJackie MaciasJan 14, 20261.0Went recently with my friend and she was just calling to ask if maybe her order was ready for pickup and the guy on the phone told her that the sunglasses she ordered weren’t in stock even though online it said they were in stock so he cancelled her order. We then decided to go to the store and they were in stock and the guy acted careless when we asked him if they were the same sunglasses to which he responded to yes. He was very rude and seemed like he hated his job.
