- ACAndy ChenNov 23, 20241.0I purchased a final sale product (no return) at this Samsonite store on 11/22/2024 expecting it to be a Samsonite brand. Unfortunately, I later realized it was not. The sales associate did not inform me of this during the checkout process and he also removed the product tag, which might intend to prevent me from returning it. This lack of transparency is frustrating and I will not recommend this store to others.
