I’ve been a longtime fan of Cole Haan shoes, and this location consistently delivers a great shopping experience. The prices and sales are excellent, and there are always great deals to be found, especially if you’re looking for quality shoes that blend comfort and style. Customer service here is top-notch. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being pushy. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that feels genuinely customer-focused. If I had one wish, it would be to see a few more of the newer styles that have just been released. I completely understand it’s an outlet, but I think many customers would gladly pay closer to retail for the latest arrivals. Overall, this store is well organized, clean, and consistently enjoyable to shop in. Whether you’re a longtime Cole Haan fan or just discovering the brand, this outlet is absolutely worth visiting.

Went there for an online return, having the return slip, but I couldn't complete the return because they said it was a clearance item? Why would I be able to print a return slip, which directs you to go to store for the return and has a barcode on it, if I cannot do a return. They really have to figure out how returns work.
