  Thank you for the amazing service! The store is beautiful, all people who works there very friendly and welcoming,the coffee was delicious and to top it all off, they had a watch I had been dreaming about- something truly unique and very, very special. Also, need to say that Douglas is an absolutely wonderful person- kind, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. Everything was handled perfectly and I truly appreciate the care and effort he puts in. An unforgettable experience.

  My father gave me a Frédérique Constant watch that I had to get resized. I’ve never been to a luxury watch store before so I was nervous at how they would treat me since I’m only 20 years old. When I came in all that anxiety vanished when I was greeted by Daniel. Daniel had A+ customer service, not only did he promptly resize my watch, but he also went out of his way to talk with me about watches in general which I highly appreciated. I will certainly be back here in the near future with such welcoming and friendly employees such as Daniel.

  12/5/25 update Additional consumer info...I worked with two sales guys over the course of 2 years... in person and via their mobile phone hoping the other sales person would not try the same scam....and both had the same requirement ....no Rolex unless you buy something else period. NOTE: You can easily see this is a sick pattern at Polachecks...see google (1 Star) review from TRENTON BIGELOW III. ---------------------------- Trenton Bigelow III 7 reviews a year ago If you would like to wait a year plus and get the run around to get a Rolex watch, this is the place for you. Unless you spend money on things they are trying to offload, you won't get a Rolex. Even if you are not particularly picky about the model. This whole place gives the ick. The staff is more concerned with telling you about which celebrities they are selling to instead of helping you find a meaningful timepiece. ---------------------------- Brent...the whole world knows you sell Rolex's to your friends and those who spend money on other items in your store first and foremost and do not abide by any Rolex interest list. ============== Polacheck's Jewelers is a total scam! I highly recommend giving your patronage to Feldmar Watch Company and GEARYS...as they do not try to scam their clientele at the moment of purchase. Brent the owner is either clueless or complicit...as when he passed me to one of his sales guys, the sales guy openly told me (in person and later via text) he would not sell me the watch (that I was waiting for) unless I purchased something else like another watch, jewelry or other items sold at Polacheck's etc. What a scam and I would guess this practice goes against the authorized dealer guidelines and agreements for the Swiss brands they horribly represent.

  Douglas Gordon at Polacheck’s Jewelers in Calabasas is outstanding. I’m chasing a very hard-to-get watch, yet he made me feel it was possible and genuinely listened to my story. Days later, I followed up—he called me back on his day off and spent nearly 30 minutes geeking out over watches and cars. Zero pressure, total and genuine enthusiasm. Might not ever land the watch, but his honesty and efforts are very much appreciated. Can’t wait to do business with him. 6 stars!

  I've wanted a Rolex since I was 16. My mentor and Scoutmaster was a businessman widely known throughout the city and widely respected as a veteran and member of the community. Those characteristics, and the Submariner on his wrist, became my definition of success and footsteps I wanted to follow in. Fast forward to 2025 and I think I've done a pretty good job in doing that. With my benchmark birthday of 50 fast approaching, having a Rolex was the one "get" I had not focused enough energy towards. Enter Danielle at Polacheck's! I could not have been more lucky to find the BEST Client Advisor in this process. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and shared with me so much about so many things I had never considered when I began my hunt for the perfect Rolex. Not to mention, her patience - this was about a two year process! I was dead set on a silver dial. My dad wore the same silver dial Longines Grand Prize Automatic for as long as I can remember and I thought as long as I had that color and a crown, I would being paying homage to the two men that shaped me into who I am today. Well, an Oyster Perpetual DJ finally came in and it feels pretty damn great to celebrate that. Thank you Danielle and Polacheck's! You have my gratitude.
