  Polacheck's Jewelers is in a league of it own. It features an amazing showroom filled with stunning pieces. The space carries very luxurious feeling from the moment you walk in. Douglas is pure class. He took the time to sit down with me and we really just got to know each other. The time I spent with him flew by and it was as if I was reconnecting with an old friend. He shared many funny and engaging stories and we would go in and out of talking about our personal lives and watches & jewelry. This experience felt different, in a good way. His eagerness to learn about me was very heartfelt and is something that made the whole visit memorable. Thank you Douglas for your time and kindness. I can't wait to be back!

  Polacheck is excellent. The shop is beautiful - classy and elegant, but also warm and welcoming. It does not have the stuffy vibe you might expect from a high-end jeweler. Browsing around and chatting with their staff is a pleasure. Of course, they are an authorized Rolex dealer, which is great. I've been working with Douglas to get a watch. Douglas has been extremely helpful. He's a true professional - super knowledgeable, helpful and responsive (and a great guy, as well). Very happy with my experience!

I first met him a few months back during my first unsuspecting visit to the store, and what started as casual chats about watches quickly turned into regular conversations—both in person and online. We hit it off right away, bonding over our shared stories of starting from humble beginnings and working hard to get where we are. It was then and there that I knew I was talking to the right guy and that I was in the right place. As someone in the space industry, chasing big dreams like becoming an astronaut, I was thrilled when Douglas came through with an incredible opportunity to possibly snag a Rolex I've had my eye on for ages. It was the perfect way to celebrate a major personal milestone, and he really went above and beyond, fought the good fight to make it happen. The whole process felt like a real journey, like when the world stood still bearing witness to mankind trekking our first steps on the moon many decades ago. Douglas was persistent, attentive, and handled it all with immense professionalism but also with a personal touch that made it exceptionally more enjoyable and valued every step of the way. I'm beyond grateful for his help and can't wait to keep building on this relationship for future opportunities down the line.
