On April 20, 2026 at 4:51 PM, I went to the checkout (receipt no. 236456, cashier no. 406619 – Eric) and was shocked by the cashier’s behavior. He was rude, spoke in a condescending tone, and made me feel completely ignored. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Very disappointed with this experience.

I had waited to the last min to get my son a nice button up for a dance, but thankfully I was able to get assistance right away and was in and out in less than 20 mins, and for cabazon thats pretty good. Thanks again Polo Ralph Lauren and staff, I will definitely return.
