- PMpamela maldonado5 days ago2.0i love this store so much.. i always buy from this store.. so today i was actually looking to buy something for my husband as part of my anniversary gift.. i was with my two toddlers.. they were being cranky already one of my boy took out the clothes and threw it on the floor. one of the from this store ( which i dont know what his position was) all of a sudden said "omg this is ridiculous i cannot believe this" that part i understand He probably got frustrated because he probably just folded them? i was really saying sorry i kept on saying sorry and he literally was just ignoring me and kept saying "this is ridiculous i cannot believe this" First of all sir... One of my boy was already very cranky... you might say "why dont you leave them at home? why would i??? i brought them because i had to buy them new clothes as well.. He is toddler by the way and for you to just show me empathy or atleast accept my sorry? you showed me a very rude attitude. that was very meannnnn and just so you know my youre not dealing with an adult.. it was a toddler.

One staff member even asked me to pick up a bag from the floor instead of helping. I bought 15 items and asked for extra paper bags because they were for gifts. The cashier refused, saying they had limited quantities, even though there were plenty on the rack. I was only given one big bag, which was really inconvenient and made me feel my purchase wasn’t appreciated. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I’m reconsidering shopping at this location again.
