  The security at the door is always rude and inconsistent with letting people in. One time I was verbally attacked by security. Would never return

  I can't rate this but had to add stars to leave comment. I would like to visit this store but so many bad reviews on the customer service. I use to visit the Prada store (now closed) in San Marcos, TX when I would visit my daughter in Austin and the staff attentive and nice. I don't expect employees to kiss up to me but I'm a firm believer in good service. A simple hi and welcome goes a long way and then just let the customer go their merry way to shop. Hope to make a trip out to this outlet mall from Texas as it looks like yall have a lot of good options.
