- MCMARIBEL CASTILLODec 28, 20251.0Service was slow and the staff were unhelpful. We had to look for prices and figure out sizes on our own because no one offered assistance. Although the store is small, the level of customer service felt especially disappointing. The employees behaved as though customer needs weren’t a priority, which reflects poorly on a brand with such a strong reputation. May be back regardless because as a business owner I know it’s not the brands fault lie I like the brand.
