I use to visit the Prada store (now closed) in San Marcos, TX when I would visit my daughter in Austin and the staff attentive and nice. I don't expect employees to kiss up to me but I'm a firm believer in good service. A simple hi and welcome goes a long way and then just let the customer go their merry way to shop. Hope to make a trip out to this outlet mall from Texas as it looks like yall have a lot of good options.

Susana, a friendly staff member who was helping me, mentioned that once I was ready to purchase, I could return and ask for her to help make the process quicker and more efficient. I came back shortly after with my husband, ready to make my purchase. While waiting in line to enter, the door attendant allowed another group to bypass the line entirely. When I asked why, he responded, “Because they’re only two". That explanation doesn’t sit right with me especially when my husband where in line patiently waiting in the 100° weather. It was disappointing to see both of us and others overlooked in favor of someone not even in line. As a door attendant, it is your responsibility to manage the flow of customers fairly and respectfully. This was not okay. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Prada, respect your customers especially those ready to support your business. Your attendants would benefit from additional customer service training to ensure consistency, professionalism, and respect toward all guests.
