  Carlos went ABOVE & beyond for me. I wandered into DY to peek around and told Carlos my style, he immediately showed me this gorgeous piece exactly my style. Unfortunately the size was too small and he couldn’t find the correct one in store (despite the system saying it was there). I said to call me if he finds it - TLDR; Carlos didn’t mess around and sourced one, honored the in store price, & took incredible care of me after leaving. THANK YOU! I will forever be stopping by when I’m at the outlets.

  I had such an amazing experience with Gigi and the rest of the team at David Yurman. Their item quality and customer service exceeds all expectations. Gigi has been very communicative and helped me get a very invaluable piece for my collection. I will be back soon!

  I love David Yurman designs and am familiar with price points. I shopped in this location with my mother and felt immediately profiled by the entire staff.I walked in with the intent to purchase and noticed security was called to watch us. The sales lady talked to us in a condescending tone as she rummaged around for her reading glasses. My expectation of service was disappointed, especially for a luxury brand.

  Wanted to pick a gift but was unsure of the styles and options. When I called this store, Sales advisor Robert answered and from there on it has been an awesome experience, he had given me options and suggested designs that suited the need. As I was not in the store, I was skeptical of the designs but Robert shared pictures which made my decision easy. The ordering process was easy and quick. A huge thanks to Robert for making this David Yurman purchase an awesome experience.
