I can't always find the same stuff in the retail stores as I do in the Outlets. Either way they have great prices compared to going to Macy's or somewhere else.

I had clothes across 3 orders I was returning and I felt bad that I didn’t sort them ahead of time, but they were more than willing to help me out. There was even one I didn’t have a printed receipt for somehow, yet Karina worked with me with the online order/invoice to return those clothes. Again, both were super helpful and super understanding and patient. Thank you again Karina and Alexis!
