  Very courteous staff , from greeting personnel to manager to SA . My sales guy was Chris . He went out of way to make my visit as pleasant as it could get . I went in and out in bout 10 minutes. ( I already knew what I wanted , a Tudor 39 mm ( new release ) . I was a bit in hurry and since watchmaker was out to lunch , Chris my SA although not his job rolled his sleeves and shorten the bracelet couple links and got me out in no time . Kerns I think is family run business and def they run a tight ship . I have dealt with their business few times and always been given a great service. Thank you Chris , and whole team .

  Very small with not quite a variety that you would expect from a “high-end store”. At the end of the day, it’s just a bunch of people trying to push you either the most boring watches that you can probably find cheaper in the aftermarket or just overpriced jewelry with a super high margin. I came with my sister to check out Jewelery for her wedding and unless you’re spending ridiculous amount of money, they have no willingness to help.

  I was searching for the perfect watch to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I had the pleasure of working with Anne again. From the very first time we met her a few years ago to this recent experience, she has been nothing short of exceptional. Anne truly went above and beyond to help me find a luxurious watch for my birthday.   Damien made my experience at Rolex on Wednesday incredibly memorable. I felt like a kid again. I appreciated his approach and his help getting such an incredible piece that I am going to enjoy forever and then pass on to my kids. Kern has a customer for life. I will be sure to send my friends and family to Kern and Damien.

  Note - This feedback is based on a sustained experience and treatment over multiple years (and is not a short-term or reactive assessment). Also, this is the only valid avenue for normal people to voice / share their experiences and how they were treated by these kind of Jewelers (who act as gatekeepers based on spend history on things you may not actually need). There is no justification, treating everyday people (let alone genuine enthusiasts) with a lack of basic human empathy and a lack of fundamental understanding of human dynamics - while continuing to make up "reasons" using the same excuse, year after year, and then judging people based on "spend histories". AND when the same people / customers, who were passive-aggressively abused with continued unethical treatment for years - try to share their honest experiences - you cannot turn back around and defensively accuse them of using their right to voice / share their experiences (on a community platform) to "threaten or bully" your company with a review. People sharing these experiences and how they were treated for years - are NOT using their voices to bully or threaten your company! They are using their voices (which is their right) to instead share with others, the reality of how they were treated for years... and YES, you brought this upon yourselves! All teams tend to follow the examples set by their leadership. 🤚🏼 - Hope your leadership can read between the(se) lines. A single star for the associate having some semblance of respect for an SLA for responding, their general understanding of a customer's point of view, and the relationship impact interactions / experiences create.
