Walked in the room felt negative vibes until this tall Caucasian worker gave me a up and down look even my family noticed and felt really uncomfortable.

While I was waiting, a staff member personally asked me to get out of my seat, and the way they said it came across as rude and unwelcoming. It made me feel uncomfortable and singled out for no reason. I really hope management can train the team on proper customer service and how to treat guests with respect. A simple moment like this can completely change someone’s impression of the store.
