  This store has a great selection and plenty of easy parking. It’s located in a convenient shopping center with many nearby options for food, beauty products, furniture, and household supplies. I found several great deals during my visit and plan to return. However, during my visit, I witnessed a dog defecate in multiple areas of the shoe section. I politely spoke to the shopper to remind her that, under California health codes, only trained service animals are permitted inside retail establishments, not emotional support or comfort animals. She explained that her dog “has anxiety,” which made it clear the animal did not qualify as a legitimate service animal. I also informed store staff of what happened and expressed concern over sanitation and store policy enforcement. Retailers must maintain clean and safe shopping environments, and enforcing the state’s service-animal guidelines is part of that responsibility. Aside from this issue, I had a very positive experience and hope management clarifies its animal policy to prevent similar health and hygiene problems in the future.

  I just want to recognize and appreciate, Gabriela of the Empire Center Burbank store, for her tireless effort in assisting and taking the time to find the price of an item that didn’t have a price on it nor in their website. Appreciate you and the store. Thank you very much.

  Esta tienda es de descuentos de marcas un poco más premium. A diferencia de Ross o Marshall aquí sube la calidad de los diseñadores, ya que puedes encontrar Gucci, Fendi etc por lo que los precios son más arriba de lo de las tiendas antes mencionadas, obviamente aunque siguen siendo tiendas de descuento.

  I just want to take time to recognize Sergio, one of the cashier at this location. I purchased a self love item and I told him to tell me I deserve this and he told me I do deserve this and please check my app for the 25% coupon. He was patient as he helped me find my coupon and the line was long as they were getting ready to close. He took the time to help me save money and I am sure he’s tired and ready to just call it a day but he exemplified the old school Nordstrom kindness and customer service and I really appreciate him .
