I went a couple of months ago looking for a different model of sunglasses than the ones i already had and at the beginning she was helpful but as soon as she noticied I wasn’t happy with the sunglasses she showed me she started to have a horrible actitude so I decided not to purchase from her. I went back yesterday to return a pair of sunglasses I purchased online and once again she had a horrible actitude, no customer service manners at all. This is the second Sunglass Hut manager at this location with actitude problems. The company should really pay more attention to the quality of people they hire as managers. I am not going back to this Sunglass Hut never again. But I will also take this to the attention of both companies Sunglass Hut and Macys.
