Two days later, after the sunglasses had been sat on and the arms were bent, I returned to the store and spoke with the same gentleman from whom I had purchased the glasses. He was able to fix the frames. Together, we determined there is a Sunglass Hut in Connecticut near my home, and I left after having purchased the insurance. This man was professional and helpful in fixing a problem which I had caused. I had a very positive experience at the store and would return. Customer service was much appreciated.
