- JJJGJan 6, 20264.0Service was amazing as the drivers made sure to keep the delivery in a safe space despite I wasn’t home to receive it when he delivered. He even tried his best to reach me through phone calls. I bet the fresh ones were pretty but given they’re fruits and chocolates based, for sure they would melt across time. They’re best consumed on the day as the taste would be the most fresh. Mine was a combo of strawberries and pineapple slices and they’re sweet. To my surprise, the cheesecakes were great, more of the ones with light airy texture yet still having decent creaminess. Great options for your loved ones who fancy desserts more than live flowers.

This is not at all what we are used to getting from this wonderful company! My husband documented with photos and replied to the survey asking how was the service. No reply. When I called a week later, the manager Jerry got immediately defensive and denied ever getting any complaint, demanding we resend picture proof "again". This franchise is a huge disappointment and really a hassle on what was supposed to be a happy day.

They ran out of their Fathers Day’s supplies needed to make the arrangement I paid for. They used Valentine’s Day balloons and used a baby blue pot as the base (which should’ve been a BBQ). Had I known, I would be spending over $100 on basiclly carved pieces of bitter tasting fruit, for my Father on Father’s Day, I would’ve NEVER PURCHASED IT! I am completely disappointed with my purchase from them. I will NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE HERE. Save your money, Not worth the frustration nor eating bitter fruit by a company who employs employees who clearly do not know how to order their own supplies..
