- CMC MOct 30, 20251.0Just ha the worst experience at DSW (Discount Shoe Warehouse). Yes a discount store that sells less than perfect shoes or clearance shoes. My wife and I went in to buy a pair of UGGS so like normal you take the box of shoes to go try them on. Turns out only one shoe so checked the display to see. Nope different size then checked anouther box 1 shoe. So logic they are doing this due to theft. So ask a gal for the other shoe. This is what she said, "I have to buy them first to make sure they are not stolen from the store". So now I am accused of being someone that will steel shoes. Yes, that made me made and I did raise my voice not yelling and she threatens to call the police and security. Turns out she is supposedly the manager and refuses to give me her name when I said I would call corporate. Needless to say they not only lost a sale but any future sales and if you like being treated as a possible thief continue shopping here.
- JJJuan Pagàn Jr.Jan 10, 20232.0I visited this establishment a couple of weeks ago because they were supposed to be holding a pair of sneakers that I was interested in but upon my arrival the gentleman working that day could not find my order plus he was the only employee working that morning trying to attend to at least 8 potential customers so he continued to ignore the fact that I was their because he couldn’t multitask so after about a half hour I decided to leave the store and I was very upset that a store this size would hire just one employee I’m sure other people got frustrated and walked away also I will never return again .

She didn't acknowledge me or asked anything, just scanned my shoes. Finally she asked for my DSW account. I told her my account info but she couldn't find it. She tried entering my phone so I opened my email from DSW to show her. She then looked at me. She was very rude to me the whole time. I will never use this store again even if it is closer to my house.
