  Had amazing experience and impromptu purchase this morning from Raquel! Thank you! The customer service was top-notch and her knowledge exceeded my expectations. I have been exploring for a new daily watch recently so I can preserve a luxury timepiece that I have for the long-term. I landed on a stunning blue Tudor Black Bay — and it's just perfect for my daily needs! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry, great pricing and excellent service!   This was my second purchase from the Swiss watch gallery in Brea, CA. Both times I was treated very well. George the sales associate was extremely professional. I was offered water , and coffee. The experience was definitely luxurious. George made my experience seem special. He helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for , I felt no pressure to buy anything. I will definitely continue shopping here for years to come!!!!!!

  I registered my interest for several basic pieces back in 2024, but I have yet to receive a single update unless I sent a follow up and of course the answer has always been nothing is available. I’ve stopped by the boutique a few times over the last two years, and while I understand the inventory is low, the atmosphere hasn't felt particularly welcoming. There was no offer to try on display pieces or any effort to build a rapport. I am still very interested in working with this team, but the lack of communication makes it feel like a long shot.

My Sales Associate George Mourad introduced me to their amazing variety of beautiful Rolex watches I was wanting to purchase for a special anniversary. Upon selection, he was able to obtain the perfect watch for my wife within a few short weeks. George and his staff made me feel very special.
