- TRtyler rogersAug 7, 20251.0Came in today was going see about my warranty used on same pair or another pair as credit like I have done at the other sunglass but sadly I buy from this place often cause do have great quality glasses but sadly not great quality costumer service came in the lady here was not very helpful denied me at the door said couldn’t use the glasses as credit as they were worn but look brand new to me. Won’t be coming to this sunglass hut again would be going to the only one I seem to have found helpful closer to Rosemead mall.

Ray Ban support couldn’t help me because I didn’t have the sales receipts but Nancy got me a exactly the same new pair of Ray Ban of glasses I had for half of the new pair cost. Which made me very cheerful to see the exact model of Ray Ban. Keep it up the Great Work Nancy. You are a true asset of the company. Not to mention putting smile on customer by resolving their issue.
