  Sergio is the man!! Not only did he help my nephew customize his own pair of Oakleys on the app in store but he even checked and built them in store since he had all of the items. He was very knowledgeable on products and was personable. Will be coming back because of his hospitality!

  Talan was an excellent sales associate.. He assisted me with all of my questions, and was very engaging. I found exactly what I was looking for and I am pleased with both the product and experience. I would purchase another pair of Oakleys from this location and I highly recommend Talan as a sales associate.

  Oakley rips off senior citizens for every dollar they can. I purchased two pair of Oakley sunglasses on sale. A day later they added an extra 10% discount on the site. I called the alleged customer service phone number where you must chat online rather than connect you to a customer service rep to talk with. After a 30 minute chat where the rep, Ramon, left and came back several times, he said he couldn't adjust the price because it was the same. A total lie because the 10% would refund me $22.74 So for less than $23, knowing I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, Oakley would rather have me return 2 pair of sunglasses totaling $227. Price adjustment is common in these situations as both Soundcore and Harman Kardon, two reputable customer service companies, did price adjustments in the past week. I have already begun the return process and nobody in my family will buy any Oakley sunglasses or frames ever again. Ray-Ban will get our business.

  I came into the Oakley store at the Brea mall because I saw the reviews and needed prescription glasses and I wanted to get Oakley‘s. I was greeted swiftly by Gilbert upon entering the store he came and asked if there was anything he can help me find I let him know that I was looking for some prescription glasses and what glasses I could choose from and he showed me my options and then let me look around After I made my decision. I let them know and he helped me go over my options. And help me choose what glasses I wanted. He showed me the prices and let me know the time it would take for me to get my glasses. The Oakley team there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for Oakleys To come in, take a look here It was definitely a five star experience
