A day later they added an extra 10% discount on the site. I called the alleged customer service phone number where you must chat online rather than connect you to a customer service rep to talk with. After a 30 minute chat where the rep, Ramon, left and came back several times, he said he couldn't adjust the price because it was the same. A total lie because the 10% would refund me $22.74 So for less than $23, knowing I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, Oakley would rather have me return 2 pair of sunglasses totaling $227. Price adjustment is common in these situations as both Soundcore and Harman Kardon, two reputable customer service companies, did price adjustments in the past week. I have already begun the return process and nobody in my family will buy any Oakley sunglasses or frames ever again. Ray-Ban will get our business.

I was greeted swiftly by Gilbert upon entering the store he came and asked if there was anything he can help me find I let him know that I was looking for some prescription glasses and what glasses I could choose from and he showed me my options and then let me look around After I made my decision. I let them know and he helped me go over my options. And help me choose what glasses I wanted. He showed me the prices and let me know the time it would take for me to get my glasses. The Oakley team there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for Oakleys To come in, take a look here It was definitely a five star experience
