Also in the shoe department shout out to JONfor being so on it with the customer service, there were other associates that I walked 2 feet in front of and they didn’t even greet me or say hello, JON got me the Converse that I was looking for and we had a nice little personal chat thank you so much for the great customer service for those who put their heart into their jobs

Mall is newly remodeled. You may choose to place an order online for pick up. A well known local secret is on the third floor on the north side. Exceptional quality and you can have it delivered to your home.

To be honest, I’ve always been a fan of Nordstrom, but I haven’t been that impressed with their customer service over the last couple of years. Esteban completely changed that experience for me. He was extremely helpful from the moment we connected. I told him I needed a suit fitted and altered within four days, and he was more than happy to help. He quickly ran around to find different options, made great recommendations, and followed through to make sure I was happy with my suit choice. Most importantly, he ensured everything was completed on time. You can tell Esteban truly cares about his job and about making sure the customer leaves satisfied. Very good job, Esteban!
