Not only that but when she finally comes back to me, I show her my cupón and starts talking back to me with the most negative attitude when i’ve been nothing but understanding and patient,It was a very belittling experience, such a shame it genuinely makes me not want to shop at this location again, I can tell how exhausting it must be to even come across this women let alone work with her. God Bless those who work with her.

However, when we got to checkout, the total suddenly jumped to $115 before tax, and ultimately around $125 after tax. When we questioned this, we were told the $80 price only applied to business photos, yet nowhere on the promotion or pricing signage did it state that restriction. When we pointed this out, the explanation shifted to, “We reserve the right to change the promo at any time.” That may be technically true, but it feels extremely misleading to customers who come in based on the advertised deal. The associates themselves were kind and polite, but they weren’t able to offer any real resolution and seemed visibly uncomfortable when I pointed out how disreputable this practice felt. This wasn’t their fault—but the corporate policy and execution were incredibly frustrating. We came in excited for a family portrait and left feeling misled and overcharged. If you advertise a deal, it should be honored clearly and transparently. Until that changes, I wouldn’t trust future promotions here.
