  Second interaction with the same store associate in a week and she is so incredibly rude it’s difficult to spend your money here. They seriously need to reconsider their staff choices.

  I love their jewelry, but the customer service at this location is horrible. I’ve had an experience twice with two different girls on two different days and they were both extremely rude. Not very friendly. Totally takes the fun out of this experience. I’ve such an amazing store. I’ve been to the Long Beach location and the girls were a world of difference in customer service. They need to look into re-hiring at this location

  Cute stuff but I wasn’t able to get the name of the lady that works there. When I was trying to make a $1000+ purchase and ask about why the clasp on a necklace keeps coming down she was so rude and stated without even looking at me “just keep adjusting it, that’s what you have to keep doing.” Everything is cute but the people who help at the store really make or break an experience from buying anything.
