There is plenty of parking near the Stone Fire Grill, in the IHOP parking lot, on the street near the Brea community center and a short walk over. Overall this mall has a lot of variety and is clean.

Didn’t even say hi or acknowledge me kids after waiting in line almost an hour (Ben with reservations) I said hi and ammy three year old said hi and he didn’t even respond she was devastated on the way home she was so excited to meet Santa. My other kids weren’t thrilled about the experience either. We come to this location every year. Never again I have 4 kids Santa’s a big deal to them. And the Guy taking the pictures didn’t let us know when he was taking the pictures no countdown or anything and selected images with eyes shut when there was better images in the digital gallery they did not let us select images to print. They just printed them and I was very disappointed when I got home and got the digital images and saw there were much better pictures taken and they just chose to print whatever ones that happen to have my Eye shit and my daughter’s eyes shut when there were several with all of our eyes open and smiling, that was perfect and could’ve been friends with them much better for gifts and Christmas cards I make ornaments with them and we got the most expensive package. Also, we waited in line almost an hour, even with the reservation. They never gave us our paper thing like they usually do so when we got to the front of the line and they asked for our paper we can have it. They looked like the phone number so it wasn’t a big deal. It was just so disorganized this year and overall a terrible experience. I grew up as a kid going to the mall for the same thing and I’m very disappointed at how the quality has gone down. My kids are 1,3, 8 and 12. My middle two have autism, and this is very important to them and to be completely ignored and given the silent treatment from Santa was very disappointing for them
