  Been a huge fan of Rimowa for years, owning several of them. I travelled with my white carry on for the first time and the telescope handle broke. There were some blue and black marks during travel from unknown sources. I contacted Rimowa to get the telescoping handle repaired and remove the blue and black marks. I was charged $60 for the cleaning. When I got the luggage back, the black and blue marks were there. I did not get what I paid for. I asked for a refund and they said they tried to remove it but couldn't therefore no refund. Horrible experience, totally lacks in ethics. I no longer want to support this brand. anymore.

  2 People inside The Store and One Person at The door males You wait outside. It says One minute each time you ask. I knew what I wanted and gave up on buying.

  Took the suitcase to repair. Excellent service and the employee did explain everything about the repairs and did it with a smile. Highly recommend it

  Shoutout to the friendly staff (guy) who helped me on a jammed lock on my wife's rimowa salsa air. Was desperate to get it to open and he figured out the lock's code was changed when unlocked and figured out the right code to unlock (just 1 number is off). Kudos ! Thanks for the help. Tip: If you leave yr luggage lock unlock with the 3 digit code, it may be changed without yr knowledge. So always lock it with a random code to avoid unplanned change of code.
