  I like how in some of these reviews the store is given four stars because one of the employees was nice to them, while the other employees didn’t pay them any attention. The customer service department is definitely lacking. I challenge someone from corporate to call the store to simply ask if something is in stock.

  Came specifically to go upstairs to Ralph Lauren Home. I needed new bedding and have had RL bedding in the past and loved it. Doorman was incredibly sweet and I asked about RL Home and he said "Upstairs, elevator is just through those doors and to the right". Found the elevator and went up. A blond man wearing a sweater tied around his neck and oversized glasses literally stopped my husband and i as we exited the elevator and barked "Hello! What are you looking for". It was NOT polite or helpful. I told him I wanted to look at bedding and he said "Well we are CLOSING and unless you know exactly what you need you'll need to come back". I turned around without another word and went back DOWN the elevator and left. As we were exiting the same helpful wonderful man at the door commented "That was quick" and so I told him what happened. HE apologized profusely and he was the only one who was professional and courteous in the store!!

  I bought a suit online as a gift for my boyfriend. The jacket fit, but the pants were too small. When we went to the store, they told us they don’t sell pieces separately and that their tailoring service is completely free. They suggested we get a larger size and said they could adjust the entire suit to fit him perfectly at no cost. However, when we went to the tailor we were charged $400. My boyfriend didn’t want to argue and paid, but this felt like a complete scam. We already paid over $1,000 for the suit and were told alterations were free. Extremely disappointing experience.

  I’d heavily avoid going here. Despite having a great selection of stock, my experience was ruined here due to the attitude of the staff. They were extremely impolite and condescending as if we didn’t belong there. In particular one gentleman was following us around in a suit smirking and looking down at us. If it weren’t for my friend being interested in a product there I would’ve walked in and straight out! It’s a shame as the majority of the shops on this street had extremely polite and welcoming staff compared to here. I would’ve likely purchased a few products from here but this attitude created a cold and bitter atmosphere so I decided to look elsewhere.

  We drove all the way out here with my son Joseph is listening from New Orleans he's never been to the citadel outlets and it's been a long time but we had a very interesting adventure and apparently my son really liked what he got cuz he bought some new clothes for a new job that's lined up when he arrives back home in a few days
