- LLLada LMar 26, 20251.0I ordered cosmetics on a website, everything in the parcel was broken and all the boxes were torn. I sent all the photos to their managers, called them more than 10 times and each time they said that they would send a label for a return. This went on for about 2 months and they still did nothing. Also, we visited this store, having called them in advance and explained the situation. We clarified that these were cosmetics and the managers said that it would be possible to make a return in this store. When we came here, we were told that a return cannot be made. Terrible service, the managers do not care about the customer and your money will just go in the trash.
