- LYLi YizhangJan 7, 20261.00 star if I can select. My fiancé and I visited the VCA Beverly store specifically to see a particular wedding band, and the experience was honestly shocking. When we arrived, the reception area ignored us at the beginning — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. After waiting, we had to approach and ask for help to see the exact ring we came for. The staff member we spoke to seemed far more interested in continuing her break than assisting us. We had to insist just to be helped, and even then, it felt like we were “interrupting” her rest. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, especially when we simply asked to try on the ring. We left the store without purchasing anything. I’ve been to VCA boutiques in multiple countries and have never experienced service like this. Completely unprofessional, and frankly the team here should be ashamed of how customers are treated.
