He is funny and engaging, and tells great stories. His clear love for what he does is infectious and he makes visiting the boutique a treat.

We exchanged contact and in email I mentioned I will be visiting Geneva and he responded that he would gladly setup a factory tour during my visit. After that I did not receive a single email or call from him for 5 weeks and at first I emailed and check to see if everything's OK for him, as I usually got timely response especially from representative in such prestigious brand. Unfortunately not a word after he confirmed he would get back to me.
