- ELEldon LeiOct 2, 20181.0I had a great conversation with Eric during my last visit and he showed me a different color of the piece that I was wearing on that day. We exchanged contact and in email I mentioned I will be visiting Geneva and he responded that he would gladly setup a factory tour during my visit. After that I did not receive a single email or call from him for 5 weeks and at first I emailed and check to see if everything's OK for him, as I usually got timely response especially from representative in such prestigious brand. Unfortunately not a word after he confirmed he would get back to me.
