I still had the receipt that had warranty for 30 days I took into my local location the lady was so rude and tried to charge me to fix their faulty product. In the past I had been a repeat costumer but never again will I buy something from Tiffany’s. Honestly the products are cheap the silver scratches very easy and you would think bare minimum the service would be good. Worst luxury brand I’ve ever shopped with. Trash. Might as well light your money on fire- would be better quality and experience.

Bought my wife's engagement ring here and it is spectacular. Thought of getting my wedding band from a different jewelry company, but because of poor service with that company, we came back to Tiffany and are happy we did.
